Requisitos: Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance or related functions, preferably within a banking or financial services environment
-Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
-Communication skills: excellent communication and presentation skills (English; basic German is a plus), with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to relevant stakeholders
-Treasury generalist: good understanding of banking products, key Treasury topics (incl. liquidity, funding and capital management) and relevant regulatory requirements
-Can-do mentality: a proactive, hands-on Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adapt at driving complex tasks to completion
-IT skills: excellent IT skills, incl. proficiency in MS Office products, Treasury systems and preferably programming experience
-Education: Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACT) are a plus
