Requisitos: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or equivalent client-facing technical leadership role within the security, telecommunications, or electrical installations sector.
Proven track record and extensive experience in managing or overseeing complex on-site installations (obra) of technical systems, including but not limited to security, telephony, data networks, and electrical infrastructure, in commercial, industrial, or public environments.
Deep and comprehensive technical expertise in multiple core business areas of our Group (e.g., advanced security systems, complex network infrastructures, large-scale electrical/renewable energy solutions).
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding technical discussions and potentially mentoring team members.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required by client and business needs.
Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Required: Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential for engaging with a diverse client base and international teams.
