Requisitos: 3) Governance of AI/ ML Pipeline:

The incumbent will be expected to govern AI ( Gen AI/ Agentic AI, Machine Learning ) adoption and value realization across GLNS , reporting up to the GSC NexGen transformation program. He/She will also be expected to benchmark externally (with peers, industry experts) to ensure Pfizer Global Logistics stays ahead on the AI trend and adoption, while creating meaningful value for business. The incumbent will be expected to drive the development of MVP (Minimum viable product) on AI use cases.

(4) Governance of System Architecture

The incumbent will be expected to understand and mitigate associated risks with the current system landscape (Inclusive of SaaS vendors) , while pushing for system convergence and harmonization.

(5) Governance of GLNS Digital Capabilities Tier 3 Blueprint

The incumbent will be expected to facilitate and govern the GLNS Digital capabilities Tier 3 blueprint , tracking the Value realization across the full scope of GLNS Digital Process Transformation. The value realization can span across cost, productivity, service, working capital, compliance and sustainability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-8+ years of experience within consulting field and/or Logistics core function with good understanding of supply chain processes
-Program management / Change management experience through major organizational and/ or process transformation program
-Well-developed digital mindset
-Superior presentation skills
-Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization and across geographies in projects and virtual teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Solid understanding of Gen AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Python, and Cloud Data Platforms is highly beneficial.
-Good exposure to Logistics Platforms like TMS, ITV, IOT, Risk Platforms etc.
-Educated to Master level. Preferably a degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology
-Experience within Pharmaceuticals supply chain is nice to have.
-Innovation coach or similar experiences

Periodic international travel might be required - estimated c. 10-15 % of role.

Travel to consist of Project team meetings/ Workshops, External conferences/ benchmarking forums.

Flexible role, in a Pfizer office location at least 2.5 days per week
