Requisitos: Requirements:
*At least 2 years of experience managing international IT support teams, including remote team members.
*5+ years of experience working with ticketing platforms, such as Jira, Zendesk, FreshService, etc.
*Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience implementing ITSM processes.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
*Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
*Keen interest in travel and the ability to handle tickets as part of the job responsibilities.
*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
*ITIL certification is desired but not required

Jornada: Intensiva - Mañana
