This role is pivotal in accelerating our revenue growth and success in the Enterprise space. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional results within their territory by building a robust pipeline, delivering a strong prospect experience throughout the sales lifecycle, and expanding CloudPay's market share in the Enterprise segment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payroll and HR technology landscape, have a proven track record of achieving and or exceeding sales targets, and have a strong will to win.

Attributes and Experience Required:
* Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/ HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space, in particular Oracle, alongside Workday or SAP
* Proven track record and Demonstrated success in closing large, complex Enterprise deals with strong, consistent delivery against revenue targets.
* Direct experience working with Large multinational/global Enterprise clients, selling into c-suite
* Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
* Exposed to and use at least one recognised Sales Methodology, preferably MEDDPICC or similar
* Charismatic, highly motivated and resilient
* Strong Influencing and negotiating Skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships and influence key senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, including C-Level client contacts and senior external partners
* Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to make informed decisions.
