Requisitos: Technical Skills
· Hands-on experience (3+ years) with Informatica PowerCenter in complex ETL environments.
· Strong PySpark skills for production-grade data transformations.
· Deep knowledge of AWS data services, including Glue, EMR, Redshift, S3, and Lake Formation.
· Understanding of Apache Iceberg or similar modern data lake table formats.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
· Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with Oracle is preferred.
Professional Experience
· Led large-scale data migrations involving multiple systems and significant data volumes.
· At least 5 years managing agile data engineering or analytics teams of 5-15 people.
· Experience working within multi-vendor or subcontractor delivery models.
· Background leading distributed, international teams.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills
· Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
· Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing complex issues.
· Collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships.
· Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
· Confident presenting to senior leadership and supporting technical decisions.
