Requisitos: -Bachelor's degree in business management, communication technology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in **Robotic Process Automation** development and lifecycle management
- Established track record with market leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience with **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** and **Machine Learning** integration within RPA solutions
- Proficiency in **Data Analytics** for process evaluation and ROI calculation
- Knowledge of **Cognitive Automation** techniques for handling complex business processes
- Familiarity with **MLOps** practices for sustainable automation maintenance
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholder
