Requisitos: For our battery plant in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante) we are looking for a Mauufacturing Enginneer.

Main Duties:
· Provide engineering expertise to product innovation process and improve and modification of machinery and process performance
· Technical support production and maintenance department
· Collaborate to achieve main KPI of the plant (Safety, Production, Productivity, Costs etc.)
· Collaborate in projects in the technical, timing and budget areas. Technical support within selection of suppliers and make-or-buy-decisions (ensure the cost-profit-relationship)
· Plan projects with the target to develop series production under consideration of qualitative, financial, technical and temporal requirements
· Creating of complete documentation for machines and equipment (i.e. manuals, data collection, translation, training hand-outs)
· Preparing of CE declarations
· Creation ad or review of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
· Programming PLC Siemens S7, drive and control systems

Profile:

Degree in Engineering (mechanical or industrial)
Min. 5 years? experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Fluent in English
Experience in industrial environments
Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills (CAD, OFFICE, EXCEL,PPT)
Native Spnish and Fluent level of English
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Tools
