· In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and relevant regulations
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements and personal skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in pricing or revenue management
· Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
· Familiarity with pricing software and databases
· Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
· Travels: Willingness to travel.
