Requisitos: Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ideally: Strong affinity or at least interest in the photography industry
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role with a strong track record of success, ideally in the field D2C / eCommerce / FMCG.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
