Requisitos: Profile: Man?s profile:

-Several years of experience in managing a farm or comparable property
-Ideally, knowledge of viticulture, olive oil production and hunting operations
-Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development and training
-A high level of organizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
-Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost efficiency without compromising on quality
-Practical skills and experience in coordination, executing and supervising repair and maintenance work
-Fluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage)
-High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to live permanently on the estate

Woman's profile:

-Several years of experience in a comparable position (managing of an upscale farm or comparable property)
-Completed training in the hotel industry and tourism
-Knowledge of bookkeeping and office-management
-Fluent in Spanish and English (another foreign language is an advantage)
-Leadership experience as well as competence in employee development and training
-Organizational strength, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
