Requisitos: Your Profile
· A seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in C-suite support, project management, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally in a fast-paced industry.
· Proactive and resourceful, with a proven ability to take ownership of complex projects, handle challenges with resilience and maintain focus under pressure.
· Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to manage change, shape SR Technics` future as an inspiring workplace and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1/C2), paired with a polished demeanor, impeccable manners and a solution-oriented mindset.
· A true team player who thrives in collaboration, fosters trust and contributes to a positive and respectful working environment while confidently navigating intercultural dynamics across all organisational levels.
· Creative and innovative, with a passion for generating ideas that drive improvements and support strategic goals.
· Tech-savvy and proficient with business applications such as MS Office Suite, Teams and SAP, ensuring efficient communication, presentations and logistics management.
· Diligent and conscientious, with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively and work proactively to ensure all details are attended to.
