Requisitos: Key Skills
· Organisational skills: Managing workflow, deadlines, people, projects and resources
· Creative skills: Must have experience in leading and owning the end-to-end delivery of creative campaigns. Must possess a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
· Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to stakeholders or directors and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
· Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Able to deliver a clear creative vision while remaining open to others' ideas.
· Leadership skills: Head of Creative has strong leadership skills in order to hire, develop and oversee the creative team working hand in hand with the Marketing Dep hands ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
· Digital and graphic design skills: Extensive knowledge of graphic design and relevant software is vital. Familiarity with film-making techniques as well as video editing, copywriting and HTML.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· A minimum of 10 years Creative experience within luxury brands, fashion or hospitality
· Previously held either at Head of Creative or Creative Director Role
· Passionate about events, F&B and restaurants
· Highly motivated and works well under pressure and to tight deadlines across multiple sites
· Innovative thinker
· A confident communicator with excellent written skills
· An extensive knowledge of all marketing channels
· Historical experience with partnership marketing and event creation and planning
· Proactive with a can-do attitude
· A team player who can build relationships
