Requisitos: Experience Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma in Higher Education
-Desirable at least 2/3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
-Understanding of engineering drawings
-Commercial awareness and strong understanding of commercial jargon
-Background in Customer Service
-Knowledge of material pricing
-Detailed knowledge and experience in electric and pneumatic actuator products
-Understanding of revenue forecasting
-Knowledge of Microsoft AX / D365
-Fluent English

The Successful Candidate:

-Negotiation skills
-Experience in manufacturing/engineering and contractual environment
-Good technical, mechanical and electrical actuator knowledge
-Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
-Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-Good communication skills, customer focus, ability to multitask at executing tasks
-Ability to approach challenges with a proactive mindset and find solutions to problems
