· Excellent fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to create structured documentation
· Teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, solve problems independently and in the team and work under high pressure working conditions
· Fundamental IT skills - hardware, OS, applications, networking, security.
· Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux operating systems, and business software.
· At least 2 year experience in supporting user IT devices hardware and software.
· Experience using and managing workstations in heterogeneous environment, remote management services, filesharing, collaboration, e-mail and directory services.
· Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles.
· Certifications on IT systems administration/support preferred.
· Enterprise employment experience preferred.
