Requisitos: As one of our valued Airport Representatives, you will play a vital part meeting and greeting our customers on arrival and departure, delivering outstanding customer service, and directing our customers to their transfer. You will always be working as one team with internal and external suppliers and take responsibility for resolving customers queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

Working hours will vary each month and will include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & working weekends. We will provide your roster 3-4 weeks in advance. As an Airport Representative, its important to be aware that you will spend long periods of time on your feet and working outside during the summer months. You must be flexible to work a range of hours as you will also be required to support with flight disruption, serious emergencies & customer escalations.  

No previous experience is required however, you will be able to effectively handle a wide range of different customer facing situations, be able to solve problems, have a positive friendly attitude and IT confident to be able to use in-house digital systems daily on a Tablet device.
