Requisitos: Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in storage administration with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven experience in automation of storage operations using scripting and tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Bash (mandatory).

Technical Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) technologies.
- Proficiency in storage management software and tools.
- Experience with data center operations and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
- Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning for storage systems.

Certifications (Highly Valued):

- Storage-related certifications: EMC, NetApp, IBM, HPE, or similar.

Soft Skills and Languages:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
