Requisitos: 1+ years experience working in pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting or similar roles related to driving account growth and adoption
· German speaker
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
· Deep business operations expertise - has solid experience with Hubspot, and adept with creating reports and dashboards is highly preferred
· Ideally combined background of post-sales, sales, consulting services experience
· Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
· Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
· Analytical and process driven mindset
· Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrated success at skillful negotiation and strategy implementation
· Experience with SaaS technologies and go-to-market
· Proficient in Hubspot and experience in SaaS environments or E-commerce.
· Permission to work within the EU is a must.

Salary: 35K + bonus (58K of gross salary + bonus)
Hibrid Model: 2 days at home and 3 in the office
